The doctrine advocating social, political, and all other rights of women equal to those of men.
An organized movement for the attainment of such rights for women.

You know I've heard so many times that word being incorrectly used. Don't take me wrong before I even start, I'm not really criticizing feminist, nor men, just the term being misused, and used as an excuse for hating on men. I consider feminism is good because it believes in equality. I do realize there are some times where either the man or the woman is more qualified for certain tasks. There are differences between the sexes of course, that give advantages to certain activities, but those won't affect our ability to try at the very least. Men are naturally stronger than women, because I don't know, genetic, biology, in old time and in hunt-gathering societies men have to be the ones to hunt and protect. That said I don't mean that only men are strong, women can be stronger, and I don't mean just physically. We have resistance, multitasking, and a bigger emotional range to have to deal with, plus a monthly subscription to a bloody and painful mess. Going back to old times or hunt-gatherers well, women had/have to walk long distances to gather nuts or roots to complement their diet, while carrying their kids on their backs. Now, well times and societies have changed, keep changing constantly that's a fact, and our environment and ideas change as well. Now, here, women are as capable as men (or even more) in many or all aspects of society.
Feminism is not limited to women you know, there are men who are feminist, because feminism is believing in equality of the sexes, if they believe women have equal rights as men well they are feminist, not gay, or metro sexual, or transsexual, or whatever you want to name, they are people who support equal rights. Feminist don't have to just be all girly-girl, that's being little extra feminine, nor you have to stop being so, and wearing "manly" attire to demonstrate your capacity wont change a thing, by the way there are many clothes for "men" that just look better and feel better on women, like sweater and boxer. There are occasions when pants are more practical of course, and others when a nice skirt or dress will do better. It all depends on the setting and environment one lives in. So since I don't know what else to write let's just conclude that to use a word one must first have its right definition so you won't classify lots of people that don't really belong in that category.
